How to make it

  1. Fry the onions in the butter until just softened, then add to be chicken mince with the breadcrumbs and ginger. Roll into little balls, dust in corn flour, and fry in the oil until golden.
  2. Serve piled on a plate with lots of hoisin sauce for dipping.
