1 large Chicken
75 g Five Spice Powder
4 Red Chillies (de-seeded and thinly sliced)
40 g Fresh Ginger (chopped)
60 g Chinese broccoli
Sauce Mix
6 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
200 ml Olive Oil
200 ml Honey

How to make it
Combine the five spice, honey, chillies, ginger, olive oil and oyster sauce and coat the chicken with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 180°C, place chicken in baking tin and drizzle over the marinade. Bake as required for the size of chicken you have.
Serve with steamed Chinese broccoli.
