2 pcs Salmon, approx. 260g
¼ bunch, Chives, chopped finely
Sesame Seeds for garnish
Marinade
60ml Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce

How to make it
Mix together all marinade ingredients, add salmon and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
At a temperature of 200
°
C, airfry for 4 minutes, check, turn if required and then airfry for a further 3 – 4 minutes depending on desired doneness.
Serve with greens and garnish with sesame seeds.
