Ingredients

  • 120 g Carrot, shredded
  • 60 g Celery, thinly sliced
  • 120 g Shiitake mushrooms, removed stem, sliced
  • 250 g Noodles, dried
  • 120 g Red Capsicum
  • 3 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions , chopped
  • 250 g Beef, thinly sliced

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Soak dried noodles in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. Stir fry beef with 3 tbsp. oil for 5 minutes. Add-in the rest of ingredients.
  3. Cook chow mein for another 5 minutes.

  4. Garnish with chopped green onions.

    *Add Chili Garlic Sauce for a spicy kick to your dish.
