300 g Chicken wings [middle joint]
2 pcs Green onion(s) [sectioned]
Ginger (s) pcs
Seasoning
6 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce
200 ml Water
How to make it
Score the chicken meat.
Sauté ginger and green onion in 1 tbsp oil, stir in chicken wings and toss well.
Pour in seasoning mix and braise for 10 minutes until cooked. Boil until sauce thickened.
