  • 600 g Shanghai rice cake [vacuum packed]
  • 250 g Minced pork
  • 8 pcs Water chestnuts [peeled and diced]
  • 1 pc Capsicum (s) [diced]
  • 4 heaped tbsp Green peas

Seasoning

  • 170 g Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 375 ml Water

How to make it

  1. Stir-fry Shanghai rice cake in 4 tbsp oil for a while. Add all ingredients and stir well. Stir in seasoning mix, cover and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes until sauce thickens.
