450 g Mackerel [cut into pieces]
90 g Turnip(s) [peeled and sliced]
50 g Onion(s) [shredded]
1 pc Red chilli [cut into sections]
Marinade
2 tbsp Corn starch
1 pc Egg white
½ tsp Salt
A little White Pepper Powder
Seasoning
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
½ cup Water
1½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Corn starch

How to make it
Marinate the mackerel.
Pan-fry the mackerel in 2 tbsp oil until golden. Set aside.
Sauté onion in 1 tbsp oil, add chilli and turnip. Stir well until heated through.
Return mackerel to pan with the mixed sauces. Cook over low heat until sauce thickened and ingredients cooked.
