  • 6 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Finely Minced
  • 1 pc Ginger, 2 cm Peeled and Grated
  • 1 stalk Green Onion, Thinly Sliced

How to make it

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients including half of the sliced green onion until well combined.
  2. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as necessary, adding more honey or soy sauce if needed
  3. Transfer the dipping sauce to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining sliced green onions on top.
  4. Serve the sauce with your favourite dipping foods, such as spring rolls, dumplings, or chicken skewers.
