  • 3 slices Canned pineapple
  • ½ pcs Capsicum
  • Corn starch

Marinade

  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Beaten egg

Sauce Mix

  • 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 5 tbsp Canned pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Corn starch

How to make it

  1. Mix duck meat with marinade.
  2. Dust duck meat with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry capsicum in 1 tbsp. oil. Add pineapple, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in fried duck.
