How to make it

  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain. In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp Hot Chilli Soy Sauce, sesame oil and crushed garlic. Add the beef, toss well to coat, and set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables and noodles.
  2. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large grill pan or frying pan over high heat. Add the capsicum and broccolini and cook for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until softened and charred in spots. Transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the marinated beef and sear for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until browned and just cooked through. Remove from the heat.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 Hot Chilli Soy Sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and lime juice.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, toss the noodles with the grilled vegetables and dressing. Divide between serving bowls, then top with the seared beef. Garnish with spring onion and coriander.
