  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes, if desired

  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey

How to make it

  1. In a glass jar, add all salad dressing ingredients and shake vigorously until mixed well.
  2. In a medium size bowl, mix cucumber with dressing, making sure you coat each piece. If desired, garnish with mint and chilli flakes.
  3. Serve immediately as a side to any protein.
