Linguini with Fresh Clams
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 250 g Fresh Clams on Shells
- 120 g Linguini
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
- Onion(s) 90 g [chopped]
- Red Chili 1 pc [chopped]
Sauce Mix
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce

How to make it

Cook the linguini in boiling water according to packet instruction or until soft. Drain.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil and sauté garlic, onion and red chili. Add clams and cook until done.

Return linguini in pan and add sauce mix. Toss well to serve hot.
