400 g (2 ready-to-eat packets) Ramen
75 g Cucumber (shredded)
75 g Canned whole kernel corn (drained)
50 g Crab roe
1 pc Fried egg sheet (shredded)
Seasoning
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

How to make it
Blanch Japanese ramen in boiling water. Take out and soak in iced water until cold. Drain and arrange on a serving bowl.
Arrange cucumber, kernel corn, crab roe and egg shreds on Japanese ramen. Chill in refrigerator until cold.
Add seasoning mix just before serving and mix well. Serve cold.
