- 450 g Pork belly [with skin, cut into pieces]
- 30 g Ginger (s) [sliced, 8pcs]

- 75 ml Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce
- 250 ml Water

How to make it

Saute ginger in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add pork belly stir-fry until golden.

Stir in seasoning mix, cover and bring to the boil. Simmer until tender and sauce thickens. * Pork Belly should be cut into 1.5''/4 cm cube pieces.
