What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • 350g Pork scotch/loin, stripped
  • 1 Brown onion, sliced
  • 150g Cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 Red capsicum, finely sliced
  • 2 Spring onions, sliced
  • 75g Fresh shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 450g Cooked Hokkien noodles
  • 1 packet Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Shanghai Stir-fry Noodles
  • Bean sprouts (optional)
  • Garnish:
  • Fried shallots
  • Red chilli, sliced

How to make it

  2. Heat a little oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir-fry pork and colour slightly.
  3. Add the vegetables. Cook for a few minutes or until soft.

  4. Combine the cooked strained noodles to the pan with the Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and mix well. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. 

  5. Garnish with bean sprouts, fried shallots and sliced red chilli (optional).
