8 Small Chinese mushrooms [soaked and drained]
8 small slices [about 50 g] Carrots
Marinade
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Corn starch
½ tsp Shao Hsing wine
White Pepper powder to taste
Seasoning
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Seasoned Soy Sauce
½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

How to make it
Mix garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots with marinade.
Arrange garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots in order on a serving plate. Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes or until done. Pour away excess liquid.
Pour seasoning mix over ingredients. Serve hot.
