  • 300 g Beef fillet/tenderloin (shredded)
  • 1/2 pc Capsicum (s) (Green, shredded)
  • 1/2 pc Capsicum (s) (Red, shredded)
  • 1/2 pc Onion(s) (shredded)
  • 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic

Sauce Mix

  • 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chu Hou Paste
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Corn starch

How to make it

  1. Sauté minced garlic and onion in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add shredded beef tenderloin and stir-fry until done
