What You Will Need

  • 300 g Rice sticks
  • 150 g Beef (sliced)
  • 150 g Bean sprouts
  • 50 g Yellow chives (sectioned)

Marinade

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Corn starch

Sauce Mix

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar

How to make it

  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute. Drain.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Stir-fry beef until done.  Stir in rice noodles, yellow chives, bean sprouts, sauce mix and heat through Note: Beef can be replaced by any kind of meat.
