What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken thigh, cut to bite size
  • 1 tbsp each ginger and garlic, ground
  • ½ bunch Spring onion, cut into batons
  • 1 Capsicum, cut to bite size
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 80 g Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Stir- Fry Sauce
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

How to make it

  1. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan or wok, add chicken and cook till golden.

  2. Add garlic, ginger and vegetables, cook till tender.
  3. Toss through, Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Stir-fry sauce and chopped spring onion, toss till heated through and remove from heat.
  4. Serve with sesame seeds and rice or noodles.
