What You Will Need

  • 2 Chicken breasts, sliced in strips
  • 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Teriyaki Beef
  • 300 g Soba Noodles, cooked
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic / freshly minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger / freshly minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 150 g Broccoli, halved and lightly steamed
  • 1 cup Shelled edamame beans or any beans available at home
  • 2 Spring onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Black sesame seeds, toasted. (Or just plain sesame seeds is also yummy.)

How to make it

  1. In a wok fry up spring onions, ginger and garlic, then add the chicken. Fry until golden and almost cooked through. Add the sauce. 
  2. Add in broccoli, edamame and soba noodles and fry until all combined. 
  3. Serve in bowls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions.
